EMPLOYER – PERSON ACTING IN THE INTEREST OF AN EMPLOYER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY


EMPLOYEE – PERSON IN THE EMPLOY OF AN EMPLOYER
LABOR ORGANIZATION- ASSOCIATION OF EMPLOYEEE EXIST FOR PURPOSE OF COLLECTIVE
BARGAINING OR DEALING WITH ER CONCERNING TERMS & CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
LEGITIMATE LABOR ORGANIZATION – ANY LABOR ORGANIZATION DULY REGISTERED WITH DOLE
BARGAINING REPRESENTATIVE – A LEGITIMATE LABOR ORGANIZATION OR ANY OFFICER OF SUCH
WHETHER OR NOT EMPLOYED BY EMPLOYER
LABOR DISPUTE – ANY CONTROVERSY CONCERNING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT OR
REPRESENTATION OF PERSON IN NEGOTIATING THE TERMS & CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
MANAGERIAL EMPLOYEE – ONE WHO VESTED WITH POWERS TO LAY DOWN AND EXECUTE MANAGEMENT
POLICIES
SUPERVISORY EMPLOYEES – WHO IN THE INTEREST OF EMPLOYER, EFFECTIVELY RECOMMEND SUCH
MANAGERIAL ACTIONS IF THE EXERCISE IS NOT MERELY ROUTINARY OR CLERICAL
STRIKE – TEMPORARY STOPPAGE OF WORK BY CONCERTED ACTION OF EMPLOYEE AS A RESULT OF
LABOR DISPUTE
LOCKOUT – TEMPORARY REFUSAL OF EMPLOYER TO FURNIS WORK AS A RESULT OF LABOR DISPUTE
