Dear PBC Community,

We held our ribbon cutting ceremony last week in celebration of our new campus at 516 W. 4th
Street, Medford OR. It was a memorable time for the attendees and a marking stone in God’s
faithfulness and support for PBC and our mission. With this motivation we begin the next phase
of our campus development.

To prepare for use of the campus next Fall, 2023, we are remodeling the education building.
This building, built in 1957, is being renovated to an operational condition for higher education.
The project cost is $1.7 million and the private donation amount targeted for 30% or $510,000 by
the end of 2022. A short video describing this and the approved site plan are found at
https://pacificbible.edu/phase-2/ . Note the dormitory shown on the site plan will be added after
the remodel of the education building in a Phase 3 project slated for 2024. Currently the
approved site plan is being engineered and work is begun on permits. The target start date for
construction is November 2022 with a move in date of August 2023.

This is our second financial request for realizing our new home. The Christian community,
moved by a faithful God, responded abundantly for the phase 1 purchase of the property and we
now ask your support for the operational phase 2 remodel. Please help us train future Christian,
business, and non-profit leaders for exercising Christ’s kingdom in their God given sphere of
influence. Higher education has historically been a bastion of hope, truth, and virtue. Today its
image has justifiably been tarnished as it attacks and destroys our world and culture by uplifting
the kingdom of man, e.g., Satan. PBC, along with our Biblical centered sister Christian
universities and colleges, strive to uphold ultimate hope, truth, and virtue by fostering them
through our curriculum and culture centered on Christ’s Kingdom.

For His Kingdom,

Mike Robinson
