Hello, I am communicating with you because I have had an excessive delay of the
purchase # P3000187818. In its shipping policies it says that it is 20 business days from
when the purchase is made, therefore it can be assumed that the delivery time has
already expired.

I propose that they update the status of my order or that they give me a tracking number
for the order. Since more than the time limit has passed, I think it is correct that they solve
my problem in a maximum of 5 days.
Otherwise I demand the return of my money, or that the order is automatically canceled
and the money returned. I'll look forward for your answer. Stephen
