Good afternoon,

As we stated in our previous email to you on July 28, we can only transfer a case to Cameroon if the U.S. Embassy there sends
us an official request accepting your case for processing.

So please contact the U.S. Embassy in Yaoundé and request that they accept your case and contact us directly. 
https://cm.usembassy.gov/visas/important-visa-information/#links.  As soon as we receive their request, the electronic file will
be transferred.
