We are glad to share with you the EB’s population projections based on the latest 2020 population census of the Philippine Statistics Agency (PSA) and latest estimates of the Commission on Population and Development (CPD). Please see the attached projections by region, province, city and municipalities, as well as regional breakdown by age group and sex as per coordination with BLHSD for years 2022 to 2025. The estimates will serve as interim population data to be used by the DOH, until such time that PSA releases its official 2020 census-based population projections.
