become Fit and Healthy?

Physical Activity
The term "physical activity" describes many
forms of movement, including activities that
involve the large skeletal muscles.
Activities that involve the small skeletal
muscles, playing board games, drawing,
writing are important but they do not provide
the health benefits of activities that involve the
large skeletal muscles and require subtantial
energy expenditure.

Benefits of Physical Activity


*Control your weight
*Reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes and
metabolic syndrome
*Reduce your risk of some cancers
*Strenghen your bones and muscles
*Improve your mental health and mood
*Improve you ability to do daily activities
and prevent falls, if you're an older adult
*Increase your chances of living longer

like pain, anxiety,depresion so that can helps
people high chance living longer.
