-the jumping jacks for 30 second because I gain weight this past few year and so it’s hard for me to lift
my weight

-the standing in place for 2 minutes because I didn’t do anything but to stand up

3. What is the relationship between your heart rate pulse and intensity?

-the higher the intensity the higher your heart rate pulse

4. Which activity do you think you could perform, at the same pace for 20 minutes?

-the jog in place

5. How is the FITT principle like a recipe?

-a fitness plan is somewhat like a recipe because you need the right type and amount of time. In exercise
the FITT principle is used to ensure the best chance of success in gaining health benefits
