After this whole semester, I’ve learned so much in this subject. Intensive Nursing Practicum
Has integral part of the nursing curriculum as it provides an opportunity for nurses to gain hands-on
experience through active interaction and engagement with our professors.

I’ve also gained a lot of knowledge and skills that can help in order for me to become a competent
practitioner and knowledge that can practice and enhance my profession.

It is sad that weren’t able to experience having a duty in ICU hospitals, but the good thing is, during our
face to face, we’ve learned a lot of things that we will surely experienced in the hospitals. Those return
demonstrations and experiences that shared by our professors.

Throughout the entire semester, aside from the topics, I’ve also learned that nursing requires
compassion, determination, an open heart, and an open mind. Nursing has taught me how to think
critically and how to communicate with patients, families, and coworkers. It has taught me about myself.
And I’ve learned that, even off of the clock, you are still a nurse.
