For one reason or another, statisticians always say that your

consistent and regular techniques that will enable a person to
accurately and consistently predict the numbers that will come up in
the lottery draw. The reason for this is that the lottery draw is always
random. In other words, the best thing that a lottery player can do is to
choose a set of numbers within the given range of numbers of the
lottery that are unique in the sense that should he win the lottery
jackpot, he will not share it or split it with anybody. Listed below are 2
general tips and tricks that are specifically designed to win the lottery
jackpot:
1. Play the right games. Remember that every place in the world has
a certain number of lottery games that have different odds of winning.
Since national lotteries such as Mega Millions and Powerball have
broad entry pools, your chances of winning the lottery jackpot are
slimmer. Conversely, state sanctioned lotteries have better odds of
winning for lottery players since they have a smaller entry pool.
2. Double check your numbers. By double checking your numbers,

you will avoid the mistake that a lot of lottery players have committed.
There are a lot of cases out there where a certain person really won the
lottery jackpot but missed out on it entirely because he forgot to
double check his numbers. Do not let this happen to you. Key tip: when
you purchase a lottery ticket, keep the ticket in a place where you can
find it easily. Also on a piece of paper, write down the drawing date.
After the drawing date, check your number combinations if it is similar

Probability refers to the number of desired outcomes which is to
be divided by the total number of outcomes that are possible.
As an illustrative example, simply assume that there are 100
people who placed their bets on the Illinois state lottery that is worth
$100 million by purchasing a single lottery ticket. In the probability
equation outlined above, the desired outcome is winning the $100
million by purchasing a single ticket or bet. Meanwhile, the total
number of outcomes that are possible in the probability equation
outlined above refers to the number of people who placed their bets,
which is 100. Therefore, each one of those 100 people have a 1 in 100
or 1 percent chance (computed by dividing 1 over 100) of winning the
Illinois state lottery jackpot.
If John Doe purchased a single ticket or bet, he has a 1 percent
chance of winning the lottery jackpot. Conversely, if John Doe instead
bought 10 lottery tickets, his 1 percent chance and probability of
winning the $100 million astoundingly increased to 10 percent (simply
dividing 10 over 100). In other words, by simply purchasing more tickets
(thereby betting more in the lottery), you will increase your chance.
Chapter Three:
The Set of Numbers That Are More Likely to
Win
The truth of the matter is, there are certain number patterns for
each individual lottery game that win the lottery jackpot. These certain
number patterns were generated through several years of studying,
analyzing, and interpreting the numbers that frequently comes up in the
lottery draw using probabilities and statistics. In fact, only about 25
percent of the numbers in the given range for each individual lottery
game win 70 percent of the time. That is, these 25 percent of the
numbers within the given range almost always consistently and regularly
win the lottery jackpot for each individual lottery game.
This phenomenon is based on an economic theory called the Pareto
principle. Under the Pareto principle, only 20 percent of the input will
generate 80 percent of the desired output or outcome. Conversely, the
80 percent of the input will generate only 20 percent of the desired
outcome.
In playing the Lotto, the Pareto principle translates to the effect
that 20 percent of the numbers within the range given for each
individual lottery game will be drawn 80 percent of the time and will
thus generate the desired outcome (winning the lottery jackpot).
Conversely, the other 80 percent of the numbers within the given range
for each individual lottery game will be drawn only 20 percent of the
time. Just to be on the conservative side, this chapter states that you
will win 70 percent of the time as opposed to the 80 percent chance of
winning according to the Pareto principle.
The most probable range of sums exclusively outlined in this
chapter refer to the range of sums that most likely will hit for each
individual game. To take advantage of the proven tips and strategies
outlined in this chapter, ensure that the sum of the number of
combinations that you will choose for a specific lottery game
corresponds to the number that is specified. This will be discussed
further below.
If you look at the historical data in winning combinations in lottery
games, you will realize that the numbers that are drawn will more or
less be evenly distributed across the entire field of numbers. As an
illustrative example, if you will get the sum of the six winning number
combinations in a usual 6/49 lottery game across the number fields in a
period of at least a year, you will notice that the winning combinations
has the tendency to fall within the same range sums over time.
You can take advantage of the public data that is available in the lottery
game that you are playing to have this computation. For instance, this
is the winning combination for a certain date in a 6/49 lottery game in
your state: 4 + 18 + 21 + 24 + 37 + 46
The sum of this number combination is 150. Across time, you will
notice that they will fall within the range of sums between the numbers
115 and 185.
To clearly visualize this idea, you can chart or map all the possible
combinations for each lottery game that would produce a bell curve
(where the range of sums that are most probable to win the lottery
jackpot lies at the top of such a bell curve). In other words, the more
you concentrate on the range of sums, the greater the chances of you
winning the lottery.
Therefore, if you would like to increase the probability and chance
of winning the lottery jackpot, you should take this into consideration.
Remember to consistently and regularly include the range of sums
outlined in this chapter in your number combinations and avoid
altogether low probability combinations!
The range of sums that are most probable to win the lottery jackpot in
the Pick-4 lottery games is 70 percent of the time.
The lotto number selection is an important aspect of boosting
your chance in winning the lottery jackpot. In order to have a more
systematic approach in your number selection, it would be very
beneficial for you to choose those number selections which have the

Even so, she never quit and instead became resilient. She didn’t let the
children get separated and sent to live with foster families. Deep in her
mind, Cynthia really believed that she would be able to provide for
them no matter what.
The above story is not made up, and even though the next
events will sound like a scene out of a drama movie, they did happen.
In 2007, Cynthia won a massive $112 million in the California state
lottery. Throughout her entire life, she always believed that life would
turn out great for her, and she was right. Cynthia took the $67 million
payout and split it with her family. She no longer worries about giving
her late brother’s kids everything they need for a good future, and she is
confident that their lives will be forever enriched. Even with the
tremendous, new found wealth, Cynthia didn’t forget her true quality
which was her generosity.
Cynthia, a loyal UNICEF supporter, continued to donate to the
organization generously. She also helped the Kids in the Spotlight
Foundation and the Natural Resources Defense Council. Cynthia also
donated $1 million at a theater in Los Angeles for The Geffen
Playhouse. This donation was said to support an arts program for the
city’s children.
It is undeniable that Cynthia was very fortunate, but was she just
lucky that things turned out the way they did? According to Cynthia, it
was something more inspiring than just sheer luck. Interestingly, she
was an avid follower of the law of attraction. Cynthia stated the
following, “If you want to do good for others, start now. Don’t wait for
the perfect time, because it doesn’t exist. Don’t wait until you have a
certain amount of money in the bank, because giving back is not all

how did Stafford manage to bag a whopping $112 million dollars?
The power of positive visualization
Whether you believe in the supernatural or not, you should believe
in the power of the human mind. The so-called law of attraction was a
subject of fascination for pop culture especially in recent years. And
thanks to the movie, The Secret, the law of attraction gained even more
merit.
In an interview, Cynthia and fellow lottery winner Richard Lustig
were asked about what they did, or if they had some secret method to
winning the lottery. At first, Richard answered by dictating his winning
system; buy lots of tickets, stay on a budget, research on winning
numbers, and sticking with your numbers. On the other hand, Cynthia
simply answered, “I asked myself what I wanted to win, and I said $112

about this story is she knew she was going to win $112 million four
months before the actual win. The law of attraction works brilliantly if
you can be as specific as possible. Stafford claims she’s been constantly
thinking about the amount $112 million and visualized winning it for
weeks. She also claims she sleeps with the number $112 million under
her pillow and meditated on it. She constantly visualized how excited

The following piece of the strategy is a detailed day to day

guideline that you will need to consider. This is the best way to go about

Day 4

In order to win the Pick 6, we have derived a formula based on

math that will help the odds best. The formula is explained in the
following way:
 Choose 3 of the hottest numbers from the decade that has the
most frequency of occurrence.
 After you have done that, choose 3 of the coldest numbers from
the decade that has the most frequently recurring cold numbers.
 After you’ve done that, choose 3 no zone numbers out of the
decade with the most no zones.
Upon doing so, you will have your 6 winning combination numbers
ready to move forward. Follow that path exactly, or you will not get the
proper combination.
Using the data that we have, the numbers are as follows:
Decade 1 has the hottest numbers, which occur 7 times.

Decade 3 has the coldest numbers, which occur 5 times.
Decade 5 has the most no zone numbers, which occurs a total of 6

In order to get our winning combination, we need to analyze the 3

decades that we used to take out the correct numbers.
In decade 1 we will be choosing the BEST 2 hot numbers available.

In decade 3 we will be choosing the BEST 2 cold numbers, and in the
final decade 5 we will be choosing the BEST no zone numbers that are

Decade 1:
The 2 numbers we must choose are as follows:

06 – We chose this number because it has a frequency of occurring 7
times, which is the most in the last 30 drawings and it is located in the
first decade. (Decade 1)
The 2nd number we must choose for decade 1 is a six way tie between
all the hottest numbers that occurred 5 or more times in the past
results.
At this point, you may want to purchase multiple tickets if you
find yourself in a situation with all 6 numbers tied in the
aforementioned fashion. If you don’t want to do that, you can choose
the hot number that occurred LAST out of the group of 6. In our case it
is 01. All of the rest of the hot numbers hit after number 01 did, which
means that 01 is still the hottest number and is due to hit once again in
the near future. In the case of the 2 numbers we are getting from
decade 1 they are the following: 01, 06
Decade 3:
We will be choosing the 2 BEST COLD numbers of decade 3 since

the cold numbers have occurred 5 times out of this particular decade.
They are as follows: 21, 29.
In this particular decade, the 2 numbers only hit 1 time in the past 30
drawings and are the COLDEST of the cold available in the results that
we have.
Decade 5:
We will be choosing the 2 most frequently occurring no zone

numbers at this point. The numbers that we have chosen based on the

In case of a tie, you need to choose the number that hasn’t occurred
for the longest period of time. You can also choose to purchase

From the data that we have analyzed thus far the decades, hot,
cold, and no zone’s, our winning Pick 6 combination would be the
following digits: 01, 06, 21, 29, 41, 42
It is highly recommended that you play the same 6 numbers for a

period of 7 days. After you have done so for 7 days you will need to
once again evaluate your numbers one more time using the system we
have discussed above. Remember, DO NOT go over 7 days without
evaluating the numbers and getting a new set of playable numerals!
This is a crucial step in your attempts to profit from the pick 6.
Why 7 Days?
Some might be asking why do you need to wait 7 days? That’s

something that is important to address. If you were to utilize the
strategy on every day, it would be very time consuming and your data

you can simply choose the number that occurred LAST out of your

7 days to include all tied combinations, you can, in the case of a tie, but
it is not necessary for the strategy to work.
Special Note for Powerball Players and/or Mega Millions Players
This strategy works the same way for the above games, EXCEPT:
Put 15 numbers into each decade. 5 total decades. The same rules

In order to play the game, you need to first select which option

Avoid playing the $1 tickets. To be blunt, the $1 options are for

suckers and RARELY if ever produce any real winners. That is how the

chances of getting a high payoff will not come quickly. The chances of
another big winning ticket coming soon after a large payout, are lower
statistically. So don’t rely on that game.
The next thing that you should do is go to your state’s official lotto
website. Simply look for your state’s initials and lottery in your local
search engine and you’ll find the site. Look for any new Scratch-Off
ticket designs and whether or not the top prize has been issued. By
getting this information, you will be able to combine the clerk’s
answers and figure out which tickets are likely to still payout big. By just
having this information, you will increase your odds dramatically. In
order to illustrate this method, I have chosen a random ticket below for
you to reference.
As you can see from the image, the cost for the 50x prize money
will be $10. You have a 1:3 chance of winning with a top prize of 1
million dollars! Now those are some great odds, when it comes to
gambling. I purposely chose this $10 game over the $20 game because
less than HALF of all the top prizes have been won for this game, which
represents a greater value overall!
Always check your lottery’s website to make sure that you are getting
games that have TOP prizes still lurking out there. That information is
worth investing into!
When you look to make sure that no one has won any of the top
prizes, you want to search your state’s website, for something that
looks like the following chart:
Referring to the graph, you will see that the results of getting 50X
the money is 4 out of the 10 prizes that have been allowed. That means
that there are 6 of the $1 million dollar prizes left floating around the
area. More than likely, the smaller prizes haven’t all been given out
either, which means you will have a good shot at claiming some serious
money. Make sure to ask the convenience store clerk to double check
whether or not there have been any large wins with any particular
ticket that you are considering investing into. Keep in mind this is just
one example, you can use your state’s lottery resource site to see
$100.00 prizes, $50.00 prizes, and how many other payouts are left as

Remember, this is going to be your number 1 resource that will

separate you (winner) from the rest (losers), because no one seems to
remember this! Do NOT let it go undone. Visit your state’s lotto site and
use it as a resource!
Finally, check the website often, follow the aforementioned steps,

and in time you will be able to calculate where the winning tickets will
be and start investing serious money to cash in on Scratch-Off Tickets!
Stick to Only One Scratch off Game at a Time
If you are an experienced Scratch-Off player, you are most likely

familiar with the term, “buying roll.” This means that you are going to
pay roughly $300.000 every single roll you buy and there is exactly
$300.00 on it no matter what you purchase. For the novice, that means
you’re going to buy $300.000 worth of tickets. Even if you go for the $2,
$5, $10, or $20 Scratch-Off tickets, there will be exactly $300 in a fresh
roll of tickets. In my experience as a clerk, I saw many gamblers buy
thousands of rolls and have watched many scratch off thousands of
tickets and the average return on their investments would likely be half
of their roll. If you look at the averages, the average novice gambler will
make $150 or 50% of their investment if they buy a $300.00 roll.
I tell you that because it’s completely STUPID! DO NOT BUY
ROLLS! If you’re lucky, you can get around half of your money back.
SKIP THIS! Do not get tempted to do that, because you will get many
players telling you it works. For every lucky player that makes a ton of
money on buying rolls, there are a lot of others losing more than 50%
of their money. The odds are NOT in your favor when you do this, so
skip it. I instead, recommend using a different strategy, one that I have
seen is better for getting winning tickets. In the long run, winning
slowly is the best way to move forward.
The strategy that you should be using is as follows:
First and foremost, buy only ONE KIND of Scratch-Off ticket to

play per day! If you win, take the money and that’s the end of your day.
Do not tempt your luck, simply play, and if you win go home with your
profit. DO NOT PLAY ANY MORE! There is a simple rule of thumb that
most game players follow, and you should too, win and go home, that’s
it. Remember, there is only ONE big winner per Scratch-Off Roll! This
means that whomever (including you) has won over $50 on the day, no
other ticket in that roll will be a big winner. Even if your profit is $5.00,
don’t hang around, walk away, enjoy the moment, and come back
another day. Remember, the point of this guide is to profit daily, not
get rich daily. Keep that in mind.
1. If you lose your first Scratch-Off ticket, make sure you ONLY lose
up to your loss limit. This is a crucial thing to remember, and
something that most will have a hard time to fight through. If you
are under your loss limit for the day you can buy another ticket,
but DO NOT go over the limit that you have set. If you quit for the
day at your limit, you can easily avoid issues with your financial
status. Make no exceptions here, PLEASE, it will keep you from
hardships. Most people have problems with this, and that’s why
they aren’t profiting from the Scratch-Off ticket.
2. Stick to one game over time, and do not jump from ticket style to
ticket style. This is extremely important and is worth repeating: DO
NOT JUMP FROM GAME TO GAME! Buying single tickets will give
you a 1:3.25 chance of winning, but if you buy 4 tickets at once
your odds of winning will be 1:13 not 1:3.25! Don’t make this
crucial error. Stick to ONE Scratch-Off per day, and your odds will
rise dramatically. Most people feel that they need to buy multiple
tickets on a daily basis, but that’s not true. You are just setting
yourself up for major losses if you buy multiples. Stick to the same
Scratch-Off game, once a day and only buy in singles.
3. Make sure you NEVER play the $1 tickets!
4. Do not buy entire Scratch-Off Rolls. This cannot be stressed

enough, do not BUY entire rolls. This will come back to haunt you.
5. Once again, do not play more than one Scratch-Off ticket at a

time. But in case you’re not sure why, let me explain further. Let’s
say you are going to buy 5 tickets, and you go for it in a row. You
win $50.00 on the FIRST Scratch-Off and you’re elated! Now, you
go for the 4 other ones and 99.9% of the time you are going to
lose. Instead of making $40.00 profit, you make roughly $20.00
instead of saving that $20.00 to play another day!
Take the above points and put them to memory. If you want a
100% method to lose, just buy whatever you want. If you want to win,
however, stake out your claim, and move forward carefully with the
aforementioned steps.
Here’s Some Scratch Off Tips for You
At this point you have some of the finer points of winning Scratch-
Offs, however I want to give you a few additional resources that I have
found helps out greatly. I have personally tried each of the following
tips to ensure their quality, and think they will help you out greatly, if
done properly.
The first tip is to NEVER play the first Scratch-Off ticket on any
roll. If you look at the counter and there are new tickets, avoid playing
the #1 ticket. It is 99% guaranteed to be a losing ticket. There are no
two ways about that, it rarely is a winner. Out of all the ticket rolls that
I have personally opened, I have never seen the first ticket win big. I
am talking about THOUSANDS of brand new rolls opened as a clerk,
and nothing. I can literally count on one hand how many people won
on the very first ticket. AVOID THE FIRST TICKET!
With that in mind, you will want to look for the LAST ticket on the
roll. The last ticket that comes on a roll, usually has a huge payout. I
have seen $500+ winners multiple times when the last ticket is sold. If
you can get the last ticket somehow, it’s nearly guaranteed that you’ll
win something big. There are TONS of success stories about this, but
getting to it is a bit difficult. If you have a good relationship with the
store clerk in your area, you might be able to estimate when the last
ticket will be up for sale.
The majority of players oftentimes look into purchasing multiple
tickets, upwards of 15 at once in most cases and think they will win.
Unfortunately that is NOT TRUE! If you do this, not only will you surpass
your loss limit for the day, but you will lose 90% of your profits, if
you’ve made any in the past. It’s simply not worth your time to do this,
so please avoid it.
Stick to ONE Scratch-Off game per day, win or lose and you’ll be
fine. If you absolutely are compelled to buy more than one ticket at a
time, Scratch-Off tickets is definitely not something you want to invest
money into. In order to be a successful player at this type of game, you
will need to learn to put your emotions far away from your mind.
Oftentimes, people that lose want so badly to win, that they put more
money in, fight to try to get an edge, and end up with an unbalanced
load.
DO NOT go with the “Martingale System” for Scratch-Off Tickets.
This is a major taboo that you will not win. The “Martingale System” is
known as a system in which you start off with the lowest possible
denomination and move forward. If you lose, double up your bet next
time, and you should win. This is nonsense, DO NOT play the scratchers
this way. If you try and double up and lose, you will need to purchase a
Scratch-Off ticket 3X the value in order to recoup your losses! This is
not how this system works, and is not recommended by us. You will go
broke if you go that route, so avoid it at all costs.
Learn early on, when you lose your limit amount, go home and
that’s that. Do NOT believe any of the hype that surrounds the game of
Scratch-Offs. Their gimmicks won’t work and will leave you broke and
penniless.
