FORO: RELATIONSHIPS

To achieve a healthy relationship you need to have intimacy, security, respect,


good communication and a sense of being valued. The relationships are unhealthy
when couples argue a lot that can lead to separation, divorce or bring many
insecurities towards oneself.

The relationships can be better using three very important skills: understanding,
reciprocity, and emotion regulation in order to have a solid foundation.

According to what was heard in the video: the perception is awareness,


understanding and learning about your partner.
