ViSited the site for
testing of VCB panel and its auxiliary parts.
The
following test was carried out during visit

VCB Timing Test
VCB CRM Test
VCB IR Test
VCB Bus Bar AC
Hi-pot test
During CT testing it is observed that R & Y phase CT ratio was not up to mark (55% error
Was
showing). Hence it is recommended that to M/s PERENNIAL TECHNOLOGIES PVT
LTD for
replacement of faulty CT.

VCB panel wiring drawing prepared and submitted.

On dated 25.05.2022. M/s
PERENNIAL TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD (Mr. Swapnil kore)
visited the site for
replacement of faulty CT of VCB panel.
The following
work carried out during visit
1. R& Y CT replaced
2 Following test carried out of VCB panel
C T ratio test by primary
injection test
Protection relay test by primary injection test from CT end.

All the test report signed off along with relay setting file.

The following point need to be closed during next visit i.e. before charging of transformer
1. Emg. Push button add on block to be replaced
2. Alarm window to be replaced
3. HV side terminal box up
