1. Improving the inventory and keeping the supply accordingly to not run out of stock
2. Ensure staffs treat the customers the right way and be friendly and kind
3. Opening franchises to build a chain of shops to create the aura that no starbucks
is different.
4. Improvising of orders through phones (Focus more on digital transformation
maybe)
5. Ensure the interior work is soothing for the customers to stay for long and make
them come back.
