OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings in O.S
No. 132/2013 on the files of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Ottapalam and to pass an
ad interim order to that effect till the disposal of the above Original Petition (C) .

This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the
affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court order dated 31.5.2022 and upon
hearing the arguments of Sri. R.SREEHARI, Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI.
P.JAYARAM, Advocate for R1, the court passed the following:

The interim order dated 05.10.2020 will stand extended by one month
