When I was kids I was told by our parents and school teachers that I would become doctor, perhaps

due
to our education culture or lack of career counseling, every child aspires to become medical doctor or
engineer. No doubt, medical is a best profession and serving humanity is tantamount to serving God. As
we grow our understanding about the world changes, When I was in grade 10 th, one day, I along with my
roommate was dinning in the hostel mess and watching highlights of Obama last speech on TV in which
he stressed upon the need of universality and equality which made me curious about the these values
and his struggle for it. It has developed my interest in these values. I also read about Obama profile and
some other legendary profile, like Martin Luther King Jr and Nelson Mandela, and their struggle and
their lives becomes a source of inspiration for me. Their belief in struggle, hope and equality has inspired
me. They became the advocate of equality and social justice. When I observe my surroundings I found it
prevalent in my society. Becoming the voice of voiceless and to fight for the equality, deprived and
justice become the aim of my life. My interest reinforced when I come to know that our founding father
was also lawyer who have successfully fought the case for the separate homeland in united India

I pledged with myself that I will contribute my share to this cause of humanity. I found BA-LLB can help
me in achieving this goal and explored about the field of Law its potential to achieve my aim. Gradually,
my passion took practical shape and I searched different institutions for law. I found SAHSOL LUMS
School is the best to pursue my aim. It is the platform where I can exploit my full potential. It can equip
me better to fight for the marginalized and deprived.
