All IWC copies shall bear original signature of recommended and approving authority. Quantity in tonnes must be indicated. A line shall be drawn or typed immediately after the last item. All the test certificates are to be countersigned after scrutiny by the recommending engineer.

NOTES TO CONTRACTOR/MANUFACTURER : 1. The issue of this Inspection Waiver Certificate by MECON or their authorised representative shall not bind Purchaser/MECON to accept the product should it on further check/test before/during/after erection be found not to comply with the requirement of the Contract. The Consignment should be properly packed and despatched in accordance with the agreed contract and detailed instruction furnished by Purchaser. Five sets of test certificates shall be furnished by Contractor to Purchaser/MECON. All the test certificates shall be verified and endorsed by the Contractor before submitting the same to Purchaser/ MECON.
