Discuss risks of nursing shortages in U.S. Hospitals.

There are many hospitals in the U.S.A. where are bringing the people. People needs about their
urgent help, but they are not considerate with them. There is absent the nurses, because
anybody go to work in the hospital. All of them needs to urgent the hospital, but it’s very
difficult, because U.S.A. has no enough places. It is a risk for all population.
If there are no places, people die and the population is decreasing. Not all student want to work
as a nurse. It is a risk for them. These are people very serious in the hospitals.
They sit day and night with those who are suffering. Administer their treatment and never
forgets to say a kind word to them. These are midwives and nurses, for whom there is no
greater satisfaction than seeing a patient feel good and go home healthy. In gratitude for their
work.
Lack of medical personnel significantly affects the U.S. state health system. The phrase "so
many things to do, but so little time" is not new to doctors or nurses.
In particular, nurses play many roles in a hospital, from reception, to nursing duties and even to
transferring patients from various investigations back to their beds.
When there are not enough staff, doctors and nurses are forced to take on more responsibilities, which
in the medium and long term can cause burnout or burnout. The time dedicated to relaxation or to
enjoy your own family is significantly reduced.

The agglomeration of tasks makes the medical staff feel overwhelmed, to the point where the
enthusiasm for practicing the profession disappears, the prospect of a new day of work being a stressful
one.

The perpetuation of this situation leads in certain situations to abandoning the job, especially in the case
of young and inexperienced medical staff. Basically, a "vicious circle" is created in which the remaining
medical staff is subjected to even greater pressure.
