Hasselback Ingrediënten

chicken caprese ●

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8-10 slices of mozzarella cheese

meal ● Cherry tomatoes, halved. (Use 5-6 for


the chicken
● Fresh basil leaves
● 2 Tsp Italian herbs
● Salt & pepper
● 2 Tsp olive olive
● Pasta
● Spinazie

Voorbereiding
1. Place the chicken breasts on a cutting
board. Using a sharp knife, cut slits
across the chicken breast about 3/4 of

minutes
7. Cook pasta until al dente
8. Heat olive oil in a pan and saute garlic
then the cherry tomatoes and spinazie.
Stir until half the size. Take off heat, add
cooked pasta and stir.
