techniques that a teacher used to keep students organized, orderly, focused, attentive and
academically productive during class.

Number 1, we should establish positive relationships with our students.
Like, we treat them equally and with respect and we teach them with enthusiasm and passion.
E (11): number 2, we should encourage questions, as future teachers we should invest more in
getting our students interest for them to engage in the subject matter to make sure all the
knowledge is conveyed.
I (12): number 3, praise our students, praising qour students will boost their confidence and be
more engage in our class.
E (13): number 4, organize group projects or activity, it helps them nurture their leadership skills
and might develop respect for each other.
I (14): and lastly, we engage in a two-way feedback, it helps our students to understand more
the subject matter and guides them on how to improve their learning, self-awareness,
performance and enthusiasm for learning.
M (15): and that was the 5 ways to effectively manage our class as a future magtutudlo. Well,
