F4 - Corporate and Business Law - Study Schedule

Introduction
This study schedule is designed to be covered within a 3-month period. It is important to consistently study
throughout, and to allow some time at the end for practice and revision.

The LearnSignal F4 - Corporate and Business Law course is broken into 28 videos. This will allow you to absorb the
information in digestible bite-size topics. It will also allow you easily find a topic for revision later on. Each video is
followed by a set of multiple choice questions, to help you immediately assess if you grasped the topic covered.

The course is broken out into the 8 main sections of the syllabus, with a Mock Exam available at the end for you to
sit, submit and have corrected.

The course is broken into 8 weeks of study, allowing two weeks at the end for practice and revision. Throughout you should be
practicing the MCQs and reading over the notes. The topics listed below in each week are a video and set of MCQs.

Week 9 - Revision Week 1


The first thing to now do is complete our Mock Exam, this will give us feedback within a few days as to our level of
understanding. Whilst waiting we will be revising the Section A, Section B and Section C of the syllabus, as these are the largest
part of the course.

Week 10 - Revision Week 2


With the result of our Mock Exam returned we will review the results for useful feedback on our level of preparedness and then
complete your revision of the rest of the syllabus.

During the last two weeks we should plan our exam, be familiar with the length of the exam, and remember the amount of time
that we should allocate to each question. Mental preparation and time management are critical to successfully passing the
exam.
