Elective Courses Grades 8 and 9

Dear Parents of Grade 7,

We are writing to inform you about the Elective Courses your children will have in Grades 8 and 9. Therefore, we
kindly request you to fill in the attached form and deliver it to the Tutor duly signed. The Elective Courses are:

1. Dance
2. Drama
3. Music (Guitar and Violin, Flute, Saxofon, and Percussion)
4. Visual Arts

It is important that your child chooses one of these courses for the next two years (Grades 8 and 9).

We appreciate you letting us know your election by filling in the attached form considering that each one of these
courses has a limited quota. It is important to point out that the students who have shown abilities and good academic
performance in the above courses will have a priority.

We kindly ask you to take into consideration that the Visual Arts course is one of the IB courses offered for the IB
Diploma for which a previous preparation is required.

Your child should hand in the form no later than Monday, December 3rd otherwise she/he may be registered upon
availability.
