solutions partner with headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota, U.S.A., plus offices in both Europe and Asia.ERP Modules
included entire HR Value Chain with GHR, Talent Acquisition & Management, Performance Management, Goal
Management, Learning and Development and Compensation.

Caterpillar - Global Dealer People Framework


November 2010 – April 2011

Caterpillar Dealer People Framework is a project taken by regional dealer HR leaders and Caterpillar HR to create a
common platform to be used for People Management within the Caterpillar dealer network globally. CDPF is based
on People Capability Maturity Model [PCMM] which projected 50 metrics, 19 process areas and 150 sub processes
directly linked with people and organizational alignment & synergy.

Corporate Value Implementation Project

Corporate Value Implementation Project [CVIP] is a project initiated to enhance employee engagement and create
employee ownership aligning seven core values of the company. The project increased employee engagement and
ownership mentality with tangible result and significance performance in the day to day business operation. This is
now an ongoing regular program which started as monthly and now as quarterly events.

Annual Project Leadership Award

Annual Project Leadership Award Project [APLA] is taken to enhance project management and leadership skill of the
senior managers of the company. The APLA provides opportunity to the managers to submit business projects in
certain category and make them implemented successfully and best projects are recognized and the project
managers are awarded for their individual contribution.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) of Bangla CAT


January 2009 – December 2010

Core Team Member


Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems integrated the internal and external management information across the
entire organization, embracing finance/accounting, sales and service, customer relationship management, etc. ERP
systems automated this activity with an integrated software application of LAWSON M3 Smart Office. The purpose of
ERP is to facilitate the flow of information between all business functional group inside the boundaries of BanglaCAT
and manage the connections to outside stakeholders.
