One thing that people should do less is spending so much

time on their mobile phone. It can cause irritation to your


eyes because mobile phones emit harmful blue light. It
also can make you addicted and feel lazy to study.
Besides that, you can become obese because you are
lazy to do physical activity. Playing mobile phone until
late at night will also disturb your sleep time, so your
health can be stressed. You don't want to be like that
don't you? Alternatively, there are positive activities that
you can do to reduce the negative impact of excessive
mobile phone use. For example :
 Rest your eyes every 20 minutes while staring at
your phone screen.
If exposed to the cellphone screen for too long it can
cause the eyes to become dry, hot, and watery.
 Adjust Lighting and set the eye distance to the
phone about 40 cm.
When looking at mobile phone, it will be more
comfortable if you keep the room bright.
 Get active and spend your time by doing fun family
activities like walking, cycling, or cooking together.
Have fun being active together and you will get into
healthy habits.
 Set family rules and agree limits.
For example, children can play with mobile phones
only on weekends and their task has been
completed.
 Do hobbies such as reading books or travelling.
It will help you to relax and forget your mobile
phone.
