The Architecture is developed from the qualities of the green field site
as well as the strategy to emphasize the height and verticality of the building.

The building is composed by three distinct elements: a metallic front screen, a


translucent glass body and a rear stone spine, all harmoniously combined to create a
modern sculptured icon to” state of the art office” design principals.

Each 1000 m2 floor of is planned on a 1.50 m module and 14.00 m column spacing to
allow a maximum interior tenant flexibility and efficiency.

A compact side core configuration gives over 82% net usable efficiency with 6 high-
speed passenger elevators for fast convenient vertical circulation.

A grand drop-off with plaza and integrated landscaped gardens all combine to form
