6. CONCEALED DENOMINATIONAL VALUE - can be seen when rotated in 45 degrees and tilted
downward
7. SECURITY THREAD (20-50 pesos 2mm wide, 100 —1,000 pesos 4mm wide metallic security
thread that changes from red to green if seen in different angle)
-inside the thread you can see the initial of BSP and the numerical denomination
-in the back of the thread you can see the initial of BSP in horizontal sequence
8. REFLECTIVE COIL - The 500 and 100 bill now have the optically variable device patch or
reflective coil. In the 500 bill you can see the small BSP logo and the Blue naped parrot and in
1000 there is also the small BSP logo and the south sea pearl

Letterings are high relief and readings are deep and even and fake coins are greasy and slimy,
irregular and elongated depression and not sharp.
