How to help others

When we help other people, our brain releases neurotransmitters such as


Oxytocin; Dopamine and Serotonin which, besides helping to combat stress,
makes the person feel happy and calm.
But, what can we do to help other people?
To be a good friend, partner and citizen, there are certain traits that we must
fulfill and the most important is to be supportive and we must show it
through gestures, no matter if they are small. These gestures can range from
saying "thank you" to going to clean a beach. Some other examples can be:
-Giving back favors.

-Giving compliments.
-Giving comfort and advice.
-Reuse, recycle and reduce,
-Giving away what we no longer use.
And, above all, be kind to others.
Helping others, in addition to demonstrating our values, strengthens bonds
and helps to improve the world and transmit a little humanity.
Remember that Solidarity is a symbol of superiority.
