SUBJECT- APOLOGY LETTER FOR MISCONDUCT

I am writing this letter to accept mu mistake that I have tempered with the fire extinguisher on
14/5/2019 and to apologies for being so irresponsible. My past record are very clean and does not
have any such misconduct. Please forgive my mistake and kindly award me with the white dots so
that I can move on with my career.
