(dealing with National Highways) Subject’ Ung charges of plan and Machinery o be wed on National Highways ‘The usage charges of Plant and Machinery were incorporated in the Chapter 10 of Standard Data Book of the Ministry of Surface Transport published by IRC in 1994, the revison of which was under consideration in the Ministry due to inerease in cost of machines and plant, wages of staff, POL charges, etc. These have now been finalised, as shown in dppendic.
