4. what is the difference between hospital-based nurse & community based nurse?
5. in your opinion, do you think nurse must be able to perform all the roles of nurse, when
they have to perform their jobs?

Answer :

1. Standards of conduct, performance, and ethics for nurses are a collection of written rules
for nurses in work, are binding, regulate nurses in providing high standards of nursing
practice at all times, caring attitude and behavior toward patient, it can improve the degree
of human health, protect nurses by law and improve the integrity of a nurse.

2. if my hospital is not in ideal condition, I will still apply the those standardization while
keeping in mind the capabilities of my hospital. In the first, maybe it feels heavy, but in the
next day it can be normal as usually like what we want to be. The regulations can change
the quality and quantity of the hospital that includes human resources, facilities, and
services to the community.

3. In my opinion, the role of nurse as a researcher is the most difficult because clinical nurses
do not have much time to do research, especially for nurses who already have families, it
will be very difficult in dividing time.

4. Hospital-based nurses are nurses who work in hospitals treating patients with medical,
surgical, alcohol and drug abuse and patients with psychiatric disorders, while community-
based nurses are nurses who work in the community. they provide health information and
brief interventions, as well as health education/promotion to the public in order to prevent a
disease. Community nurses can work in schools, health centers etc.

5. In my opinion In my opinion, nurses should be able to perform all their roles in carrying
out tasks, so strong confidence is needed to increase the skills and abilities of nurses
