Tesla

1. Product/Server Management
● Tesla - Model X

● Tesla - Model 3

● Tesla - Model Y

2. Pricing
● Model X - $121,000
● Model 3 - $47,000
● Model Y - $66,000
3. Distribution
● The most popular that consumers get these cars are through car dealerships.
However another way the company sells these cars is online and they will drive
them to you.

4. Promotion
● One way this company is sponsoring is by commercials and through constant
new cars that everybody wants to see.
5. Marketing Information Management
● To get feedback from the customer about a product they allow test drives at the
dealerships. This is a great way for consumers to see what the cars like and for
the company to create the cars as best as possible. Based on my knowledge
however they don’t use social media to gain feedback.
Questions I’d ask:
● Is there anything that can be improved?
● Is everything working properly?
● Is this car better than our previous models? If so, how?
6. Selling
● The cars are sold online and at the car dealerships where there are 2 types of
payments to choose from. Either paying a monthly fee or paying it all off upfront.
The monthly fee is the most popular option, these monthly payments will
continue until the car is paid off. Most of the time it takes about 72 months to pay
off fully.
7. Finance
● Tesla is featured on the stock market and is a very popular stock. Hundreds of
stocks are sold each day. Tesla also does financing and does offer loans to the
consumers.
