1. Which activity did you enjoy the most and why?
Planck toe touches and swimmer! I really enjoyed Planck toe touches because
they were little bit challenging and that made me sweet a lot, I also really enjoyed
swimmers because they were a lot of fun to do.

2. Which activity did you enjoy the least and why?


Shoulder taps push-ups because I am not good at doing simple push-ups and find
them hard and then I have to tap my shoulders which make them harder.

3. Why do you think it’s important to have “fast feet” for a sport like football?
I think that foot quickness is a key factor for any sport when you have to move fast and
it’s a good practice so when you are actually playing you won’t drip on your self
