What can you do in Cercado de
Lima?
Cercado de Lima is considered one of the
most touristic places in Lima, here you can
take some tours of the "Colonial
Catacombs”. Cercado de Lima is
growing every year. You can also visit
the "Chinese quarter", see the oldest
cemetery in the city, walk through the
Plaza de Armas from the city, and go to
the “Chabuca Granda” mall. In the
surrounding area of Lima, you can
even visit the "Circuito Mágico De Las
Aguas" you can also visit the different
museums. Cercado de Lima is
Interesting and beautiful.

What can you see in Cercado de Lima?


There are some modern places in the Cercado
de Lima as the main whereabouts of the
metropolitan. You can be watching the
dances. The music is heard in the distance.
We can visit the "National Stadium" you can
enjoy concerts and national and international
matches.
Where can you buy (souvenirs, clothes, etc.) in
Cercado de Lima?
It is a place where you can make many purchases, it
has many stores. There is a church called Santo
Domingo. Very close to the Plaza de Armas is the
point that we most recommend in this search for
Peruvian gifts. There are five places that you can
visit to buy clothes. There are some stalls open from
8:00 am to 10:30 pm. You can also find cheap things in
the el Hueco gallery. We recommend taking a walk
through this place.

Where can you eat in Cercado de Lima?


There are many gastronomic proposals in the restaurants of varied flavors located in
Cercado de Lima. One of them would be the la Canada chicken shop, where they sell
dishes that include yellow potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweet humitas, wood-fired plantains,
and chicken marinated in Andean aromas. Children can be playing while one places
the order. The establishment has varieties of games. Likewise, there is a restaurant in
Plaza San Martín that surprises us with its varied Creole dishes, such as lomo saltado and
ají de gallina. It also has a Creole buffet that is located on Avenida Nicolás de Piérola 942.
