RE: NOTICE OF RESIGNATION

With reference to the above, with much regret, I would like to inform that I am tendering my resignation
as a Inventory Control Staff by giving the company’s 15 days notice as to adhere with the contract of
employment with effect from. My last day with the company will be on January 30,2022.

My tenure with LANDMARK was memorable experience and the knowledge and skills acquired are
priceless. Therefore, I would like to extend my sincere thank you for the support,guidance, and assistance
given to me.

This decision is based purely on personal reasons and in no way indicative of any dissatisfaction with role
within the company.

Lastly, I thank you for giving me opportunity to serve and be part of your team and wish you all the best
to the company.
