1. That the applicant has filed above referred O.A. for recovery of debts from the

defendant before this Hon’ble Tribunal and the Hon’ble Court had passed an

order whereby notices were issued returnable on 16/04/2021 to the defendants.

2. That the applicant submits that this Hon’ble Tribunal had issued notice/summons

to the defendant and same were dispatched by this Hon’ble Tribunal to the

defendant through RPAD on 06/04/2021 to the defendants at their last

Known available address to the applicant. Original postal

receipts/Dispatch proof of summons/notices to the defendant has

already been submitted before the Hon’ble Tribnal by way of Pursis

dt.24/08/2021. The postal Track records were not available. The

records of the tribunal were also not available disclosing the service for

the defendants as the notices were dispatched through the address of

this Hon’ble tribunal

3. The applicant submits that therefore it is expedient and necessary for the

applicant to serve the defendants through substituted service by way of Paper

Publication.

4. The applicants submit that the applicant be allowed to serve the defendants

by way of paper publication.

5. The requisite fee for the purpose of this application is attached.
