1. That the applicant submits that notices to defendant was issued by this

Hon’ble Tribunal on 12-03-2021 vide order dated 12-03-2021 to be published

in daily newspaper. Accordingly the notice through paper publication was

published by the applicant in ‘’Gujarat Samachar’’ on 27-03-2021 by the

applicant in order to serve the notice to the defendant. Original copy of the

newspaper publication dated 27-03-2021 is annexed with this affidavit.

2. The applicant submits that the defendant is therefore duly served with the

notices of this Hon’ble Tribunal.
