1. Which part of the interface of the excel is the most essential and why?
• For me, the most essential part of the interface of the excel is quick access tool bar.
Why? Because it provides direct (fast) access to a collection of desirable actions in a
toolbar that is always displayed regardless of which ribbon tab is active.

2. What is the difference between Microsoft excel to a spreadsheet?


• A spreadsheet allows many users to modify the sheet at the same time, but
Microsoft Excel's basic edition only permits users in the Fast ring of the Office
Insider Program to do so. Also, Microsoft Excel can be accessed without an internet
connection, while Spreadsheet needs an internet connection to use it.
