Effective incident management Provide meaningful insights (issue analysis/logs) to L3 team for quick resolution Incident Triage Facilitate Incident Resolution Root Cause Analysis Problem Assessment Co-ordinate Emergency Defect Fixes Verification of resolution with customer Information Management SOP (Standard operating procedures / processes) Management and knowledgebase Article Creation Engage L3 team for any code changes
Tech Skills Azure, PCF, Linux, Java, cosmo, Jenkins, Postgres Experience in Cloud infra and expertise on scripting, DevOps, CICD and tooling.
