of major international organizations. Paris boasts
the Organization for Economic Cooperation and
Development (OECD) and the European
Headquarters of the World Bank and IMF.

5. Influential in international political affairs In global city influencial in international political

affairs serves a subset of the study of international
relations, and as such, it requires critical thinking
skills and proficiency in cross-cultural
communication.
