History / Management Profile/Discussion:

M/s. Abuzar Traders – An Association of Partner (AOP) Concern, was established in the
year 2017 as a sole Proprietor, engaged in distribution of Fast-moving consumer goods
(FMCG’s), business office is located at Farooq Colony, Walton Road, Lahore. Business
Premises are jointly owned by the Sole proprietor along with his brothers.  Initially the
client got distribution rights from M/s. Aftab Qarshi (Pvt.) Ltd. and started
trading/distribution business of their popular products mainly consisting Herbal
Medicines, Food Items and Beverages (Mashroobat) in the assigned area encompassing
from Ferozepur Road to Dharampura Main Bazar and from Main Walton Road to Kahna
towards Berki / Hadyara.

Keeping in view of potential of consumer products in the local market and after gaining
sizeable experience of trading/distribution of consumer products, the client over and
above that got distribution rights from M/s. Misk Tissues (Pvt.) Ltd. in the year 2018
and started Trading/distribution of their different variants of Tissue papers covering the
assigned market area bordering Shumali Lahore. Besides, In the same year, the Client
secured distribution rights from M/s. Z&J (Pvt.) Ltd. (Baby Master Diapers) and started
Trading/distribution of their different variants of Diapers covering the assigned market
area already operating for M/s. Aftab Qarshi (Pvt.) Ltd. Products.

M/s. Abuzar Traders moved into Registered Partnership Firm from Sole Proprietorship in
February, 2020. They got Distribution rights from M/s. Marhaba Laboratories (Pvt.) Ltd.
having appreciable and inordinate business and demand for their products in market
than all three above mentioned companies. The client has been operating mainly in
Towns Belt area comprising from Ferozepur Road (Ichhra Pul to Thokar Raiwind Rd.
towards Kahna including Garden Town, Faisal Town, Johar Town, Wapda Town,
Township, Green Town, Bagrian, Kotlakhpat, Qainchi Chungi, Kacha Jail Road, upto
Kahna).
M/s. Abuzar Traders is one of the main distributors of M/s. Marhaba Laboratories (Pvt.)
Ltd. Operating and handling about 40% area of Lahore with covering the posh area of
the city including Model Town, Garden Town, Wapda Town, Johar Town etc. During our
meeting, the client further told to expend his business portfolio, his negotiations are
underway to get distribution rights from some other promising companies.

Profile of Rana Rafaqat Ali (Partner):

Mr. Rana Rafaqat Ali did his graduation in Commerce from an Affiliated College of
“Punjab University, Lahore” in the year 2014. Soon after completion of his study, he
joined “M/s. Paaris Distributors” one of the biggest Medicines Distributors of Lahore.
and served the company for four years mainly dealing with supply operations. He
established “M/s. Abuzar Traders” in 2017”. Being a business graduate, the client is
well-conversant in establishing and expanding networks, believe in mutual growth and
feel confident to initiate any change. During service with Paaris Distributors and running
of Abuzar Traders, he has also learnt marketing, customer relation management and
finance management. At present, he is successfully running the business matters. He is
actively involved in the business operations of the firm including sales, marketing and
financial matters. He backs an experience of more than 8 years in marketing, finance
and sales.

Profile of Riasat Ali Azimi (Partner):

Mr. Riasat Ali Azimi did his graduation from “University of the Punjab, Lahore”
in the year 1982. After serving some private companies for four years he joined State
Bank of Pakistan (SBP) in 1986. He alleviated himself to the post of Assistant Director
and served State Bank of Pakistan for 32 years and got retirement from Bank in 2017 at
the age of 55 years. In 2018 he joined the business of Trading / Distribution with Rana
Rafaqat with the company name as “Abuzar Traders”. He has long experience of public
dealing, administration and finance management. The client is well-conversant in
establishing and expanding business, introducing IT technology in business, believe in
mutual growth and cooperation and feel confident to initiate any change in business. At
 present, he has been successfully running the business matters. He is actively involved
in the business operations of the firm including Administration and financial matters. He
has an experience of more than 30 years in public dealing, administration and finance
management.
Profile of Mother (Partner):
Since M/s. Abuzar Traders believes in women empowerment, Third partner in the
partnership is Mrs. Shakeela Begum. She is mainly a housewife. However, she takes
keen interest in business matters.
