Law Examinations of Kamataka State Law University can apply for Issue of Photo Copy of their Answer Books and Revaluation or Challenge Valuation of their Answer Books. Online applications for all above provisions are available in our university official web site https://kslu.karnataka.gov.in and all the concerned students are informed to fill the online application in your college through college login ID. compulsorily. Further, all the Principles of all the affiliated Law Colleges are requested to direct concerned staff of your college to fill the online application form properly and take printout of online filled application form and duly signed by the concerned student is to be forwarded to the Registrar (Evaluation) Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi within the stipulated time mentioned below. College login ID and password of the college are same as provided earlier at the time of filling the examination application forms of earlier Examinations and payment shall be transfer to the University through SBI Collect mode compulsorily. Further, the Principals are informed to ensure that the fee amount collected from the students is to be credited to the University account within 3 working days from the last date mentioned in the Notification. Fees particulars are as follows: 1. Issue of Photo Copy of Answer Book Rs, 400/- per paper. 2. Revaluation of Answer Book Rs.500/- per Paper. 3. Challenge Valuation Rs.2,100/- per paper.Last date for filling online applications for above mentioned provisions are as follows: 1. Issue of Photo Copy of Answer Books: Last date for applying Photocopy : 29-09-2021 2. Revaluation of Answer Book: Last date for applying Revaluation : 04-10-2021 3. Challenge Valuation: Last date for applying Challenge Valuation: 08-10-2021 Revaluation and Challenge valuation for the same Paper is not permitted. The Principals of all affiliated Law colleges are hereby informed to bring the contents of this notification to the notice of all students of your college. However, the colleges are requested to send the applications for Photo Copies immediately as and when applied by candidates rather than on last date. This will help KSLU to send photo copies as early as possible. ‘There is no provision in Examination Ordinance 2014 of Karnataka State Law University to refund the fees for Revaluation. However, if there is increase of marks in Challenge Valuation, 50% fees will be refunded as per the KSLU Examination Ordinances rules.
