 INTRODUCTION
WHAT IS KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR?
• Key Performance Indicators (KPI) is a technical parameter that helps the
stakeholders or client to evaluate the successful operation of a PV plant and/or the
success of the O&M Contractor’s activities.
• The O&M Contractor is responsible for the calculation of KPI wherein they are the
ones who operates and maintain the Plant.
• The KPI is divided into two different categories: Power Plant KPI & O&M KPI
