Dear Mayor Olegario,

The TRISKELION de IPIL MUNICIPAL COUNCIL will be undertaking its 21st TAU
GAMMA PHI – Ipil Community Chapter Anniversary on September 11, 2022 with the
theme, “Isulong ang Tapat at Ganap na Paglilingkod”.

In line with this, the TRISKELION de IPIL MUNICIPAL COUNCIL – Ipil Community
Chapter is set to conduct a Motorcade as the part of the said event on September 11,
2022 at 1:00 in the afternoon.

The motorcade will start at around the vicinity of Barangay Poblacion, Ipil, Zamboanga
Sibugay. Hence, we would like to request the PNP under your management to assist us on
the above-mentioned date and time to ensure a smooth and organized flow of the activity
and to whatever assistance your organization can render us in good faith.

Despite of the Covid-19 pandemic, the mother chapter will still celebrate its chapter
anniversary but will strictly observe the health protocols laid down by IATF, such as, but
not limited to social distancing, wearing of facemasks and frequent handwashing and
sanitizing.

We ardently hope for your positive response, and we look forward to a continuing
partnership with you in enhancing public service to the community.
