May I have the honor to apply for the Teacher III position at Eusebio High School. As per
Division Memorandum No. 296, s.2022 dated June 20, 2022, the said school has two vacancies for
the said position.

I have been a Secondary School Teacher for 4 years and presently assigned at Eusebio
High School handling Grade 10 TLE and designated as Grade Level Chair for two consecutive
years. With regards to my educational qualifications, I graduated the course,
Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education major in TLE at Eulogio “Amang Rodriguez
Institute of Science and Technology. A ls o, I earned a mas ter’s degree in Internationa l
Touris m and H os pitality M anagement at P hilippine Chris tian U nivers ity . My
educational qualifications and work-related experience will be honed and effectively applied to
the position which I am applying for.
