PTSD: - “It’s not the person refusing to let go of the past, but the past
refusing to let go of the person”

I think almost everyone in their life span went through something traumatic at
some point of their life. It is very obvious that peoples have distress right after
a trauma but many start feeling good after some span of time ,but for other
peoples the continuance of the distress by trauma still continues and they
begin with the symptoms that really affects their life style and this symptom is
nothing but the post-traumatic stress disorder , so basically what do we
understand by this PTSD: a kind of trauma; so in order to answer this question
one can say that PTSD is a very frightful incident where a person at some
point of their life felt very afraid for their life or one might be I injured
physically or sexually.

We can also start afraid of something happening unfortunate with the peoples
we care, So If one have experienced PTSD that does not mean that he /she is
weak or you cannot handle resilient situations, PTSD is just like a undesired
remembrance that we never want to occur in our life as it feels very unsafe at
that point of time and start being depressed or we start thinking that we are
disconnected from our surrounding but this not like that is only the reaction of
our body to what we think it can be cured with a proper treatment and the
people suffering with trauma can learn to live happily.
