REFLECTION PAPER

There have been a lot of changes in my life over the past few years
that I didn't think would have such a big effect on my body and mind. The
only thing that has really changed about how I think is that I no longer sleep
late and don't get enough sleep. Instead, I sleep early and get enough
sleep. I was able to think more clearly, and I no longer get headaches. I
also work out based on my schedule, and I can see a little bit of change in
my body, which makes me happy. I wanted to change the way I eat
because I eat junk food, don't eat at the right time, and eat too much or too
little. I get tired quickly and have body pain. I need to do some things every
day to change this. First of all, I need to eat well and at the right times. The
next step is to work out to increase my stamina, get stronger, and get a
better body. I wanted to change myself in that way, and I hope I can do it
this time.
