Job Title: Medical Transcriptionist

Job Description:
1. Every entry should be made with great care. Make sure that no number you enter is
wrong, less, or more than what it should be.
2. While giving blood group entry, check multiple times that the correct blood group
entry is given.
3. Similarly, while entering HBSAG results multiple times, check that the result is
correct.
4. Other examination results, like the above 2 types of results, which have to be
entered, i.e., whether positive or negative, entries should be made carefully. if
necessary, must-see multiple times.
5. Sometimes transcriptionists add some comments to the test when it is required. If
you have any doubts, then communicate with your senior and take help.
6. If you don't understand the writing of the doctor, then ask them what is written in a
professional manner.
7. If a test procedure is added or subtracted and does not appear in the summary, it
should be taken from the software and added later.
8. If the respected doctors give any corrections in the report, then the correction
should be made accordingly.
9. Care should be taken to avoid unnecessary delay in reporting the patient.

Qualifications:
