Job Title: Medical Transcriptionist

Job Description:
1. Medical transcriptionists use software provided by PDCL.
2. Medical transcriptionists must first make sure that the patient order ID is correct fo
r the patient who has been admitted for the test.
3. The Order ID entry should be rechecked to ensure that there is no mistake. If
necessary, the medical transcriptionist should be reconciled with the receipt with the
help of the attendants.
4. The details that respected doctors give about the patient should be written exactly.
5. The details of the prescribed section of the report should be written in the
prescribed section as prescribed by the respected doctors. A description of one
section cannot be accidentally written into another section.
6. One has to be very careful not to write any wrong measurements in the various
measurements that have to be entered. If necessary, it should be combined with the
film.
7. If the respected doctors give any corrections in the report, then the correction
should be made accordingly.
8. This should be confirmed with the assistance of the consultant attendants before
taking the report out of the room The report is signed by the respected doctor who
conducted the test.
9. The option of the USG Serial System must be according to the immediate condition
of the patient.
