2.2.1. The function to avoid mixing of other users' job when an error occurs. [ERBBL_1600865691,
ERBAU_1600877016]
1. Avoid the one user's document from being mixed with the other user's document in outputting if the first job is on
hold due to a print error.
1-1.When a user logs in while a job is on hold due to a print error, if the suspended job owner is another user, it will
be deleted. If its owner is the login user, it will not be deleted and will be resumed as soon as the error is resolved.
1-2.If a print error is resolved while no user logs in, the print jobs of authenticated users are not resumed and they
are not deleted.
1-3.When a print error is not resolved while no user logs in, if a print job without authentication information is sent to
the MFP, all suspended jobs of authenticated users will be deleted.
1-4.When a print error is not resolved while no user logs in, if a fax job is sent to the MFP, all suspended jobs of
authenticated users will be deleted.
1-5.After specified hours/days from an error, all suspended jobs of authenticated users will be deleted. (Print jobs
without authentication information and fax jobs will not.) The hours/days can be selected from among 2hours,
4hours, 8 hours, 1day, 2days and 3days in the Utility menu.
1-6.The target errors for the above job deletion include paper jam, paper empty, paper size mismatch and toner
empty.
1-7.When a user goes to the login screen after resolving a print error, the control panel displays "Please check the
suspended job in Job List. Please log in".
1-8.The Job ID(s) of the deleted job(s) is displayed on the control panel.
1-9.If print jobs without authentication information or fax jobs are on hold due to a print error while no user logs in,
they will be resumed as soon as the error is resolved.
These features can be enabled or disabled by the following software switch.

"File Name" is cleared only when:
[Reset] key is pressed.
System Auto Reset or Mode Reset is activated.
User logs out.
This feature can be enabled or disabled by the following software switch.

3. When [Auto Rename Function] is enabled, a hyphen, hour (2 digits), minute (2 digits) and a serial number (1 digits)
are attached as a suffix to the File Name. (In total, six digits are attached.))

4. The font size of annotation can be selected from among 16, 18 or 20 point in the Annotation User Box settings.

Description function, so that MFP security information can be acquired with a special tool
(SecurityInformationCollector).

G20-M0) (for Web Browser (LK-101v3))" for details. (DLBT1611483EN)- If the time of the completion of the preparation
for printing of a print job is coincident with the time of the completion of the preparation for a printing of fax job in unit of
second and the print error occurs in the print job, the fax job is occasionally on hold until user logs in. the fax job is
resumed after user logs in.- When an error occurs, the warning screen and the authentication screen may be displayed
overlapped each other.
(User can make a screen transition with [Menu] key. And the System Auto Reset also works.)
