Hacking: Unauthorised entry to steel data and info (physicalls or remotely).

Even entry is a crime and damage done is a separate crime.

Virus Medium: CD, pen drives, network, wifi etc.

Spyware: Law: IT Act 2008 43C, 66, IPC 268
If against state i.e., national security referred to as cyber terrorism
then sec 66F IT Act (non bailable)
Punishment: Upto life imprisonment in case of cyber terrorism
For other offences upto 3 yrs or/and fine.

Identity Cash card, passport, aadhar or any other similar identity proof. Also
Theft: E-wallet passwords, digital signature, E-com etc using to shop
Law: IT Act 2008 43, 66C, IPC 496
Punishment: Upto 3 yrs imprisonment or upto 1 lac fine
