It occurs when your computer's date format is not the same in Excel. The Excel file uses the
mm/dd/yyyy format while your computer uses the dd/mm/yyyy format. To resolve this follow the steps
in changing the date format in Windows 7/8/10.
1. Type "Control Panel" in search and select it. 2. Select "Change date, time or number formats"
It occurs when you copy a cell with multiple columns and paste it to cells with fewer columns.
