Pros:

Easy to customize without coding knowledge.

Very useful software for Project management, CRM, SCM, Team Collaboration.

The product is great for very tech savvy and have advanced skills. But if we had to go this alone,
we'd never have endured.

Build apps with drag and drop option.

The collaboration features are nice but it is not up to slack/teams.

Cons:

Integrations with other programs need to be refined.

Accounting solution we need separate software for Indian accounting/taxes.

Pricing for U.S is affordable But for India it is little expensive. ( $15 per month per user/
Professional - $24/user excluding setup fee) Approx. Rs.12000 - 18000 per month for 10 users.

Similar to apps like Zoho creator / Kiss flow.

Challenging to use and learn. Lack of comprehensive tutorials.

Versatile but not user friendly always.

It’s not a tool for very early-stage startups, but it also seems like it’s not set up for fast scaling
organizations either. We need to run on top the existing software.
